“ An unforgettable night for my husband’s surprise 40th Let me start by saying a massive thank you to the Nova team you are all truly amazing what a seamless experience from start to fhinsh, From the get go the booking service was 10/10 Denisa, Shakayla and Lara the communication was always on point. On the day D went above and beyond i can not thank her enough, I had made a request to have all blue and gold chairs 2 long tables me being extra lol but this young lady made it happen talk about a tailored experience with added special touches like name cards on the table for each guest. Let’s talk about the food 10/10 we had the 3 course meal from the set menu, I had the sushi (dragon roll) for starters omg wow the presentation was so boujee, The baby chicken for mains and pistachio parfeit for dessert.All our guest loved their meal compliments to the chef, we had our own dedicated friendly waiters top guys Jason and I can’t remember the other ones name I’m sure it started with a H he’s the little cute one with the glasses they were on point seamless service , had everyone’s order written down so organised they had those plates coming out quick and fast baring in mind we were a group of 20. Cocktails time, Callum is the man from the Nova island to Cocconan even Rum punch this bartender was just ace. The whole vibe was unreal the carnival dancers, when the team brought out the cake with all those sparklers I know my husband felt like a celebrity lol talking about celebrities this was the same night Bow Wow was there. We all had an amazing time ,our guest were impressed with the atmosphere, decor, service and vibes the music was just up our street RnB a little dancehall Afro beats . “ Amazing experience from start ro finish!Nick (manager), sorted our party, from guest numbers to food and drink and ensured we had a smooth service and great celebration. A lovely man who knows what he's doing! The food and drink were delicious and fairly priced. Our waiters Wagahi and Jason were brilliant! Attentive, focused and funny! The vibe was everything we could have wanted! The singer, Miss Tiana Lydia was amazing! Her sweet, pure, strong voice added to the excitement of the night. She can sing! Great music, lovely environment. I'm looking forward to my next visit! The best experience I've had in a restaurant! 11/10 all around ”

“ Went there for my first time for my birthday lastnight and everyone was AMAZING! From the security at the entry to the lovely waiters, exceptional service! Kai (I can’t really remember his name) was our waiter for the night and he was beyond helpful.Ensured I was happy and content. Came to check on us occasionally . Made sure the tables were cleared and we were okay. He even sang happy birthday for me along with 2 of his pals! I can’t remember your name but I hope you remember us(he needs a raise!). The food was cooked perfectly, seasoned, perfect temperature.....everything was worth every penny. I went there with my 2 toddlers and they were so welcomed and comfortable! Will definitely go back at least 3 times a week if I have the time. First impression was definitely a good one! ”
